Distributing Flash Player within my oganization

Hello!  I work in IT in my company and I am responsible for keeping Adobe Flash Player up to date on out workstations.  I have filled out the license application to distribute Flash Player (and Adobe Reader) within my organization several times, and I have never received a response.  Not even an auto-response.

I previously received a license many years ago to distribute Flash Player and Adobe Reader, but it seems the licensing has changed.

I tried calling tech support about this, but the person who answered my call didn't seem to understand what I was talking about.

Has anyone else been able to get a license to distribute Flash Player after June 30, 2016?
