Distribution License Link not working

Question

We applied and received an email in January (1-11-16) for the distribution license for Flash Player.  The link in the email only takes me to the apply for a distribution license page instead of the .msi download page.  We really need to update Flash Player and have taken the appropriate steps.  Please help.

Hi,It appear the link you have is for the distribution3.html page which has been decommissioned. Please apply for a new license. You'll receive an email with the new link to download the files from.Thank you.--Maria
