Distribution license not received

Question

Last week I applied distribution license for Adobe Flash, Reader, Air and shockwave. But I still have not received the licenses. I have already checked my Junk E-mails but nothing there. Could someone please help?

Adobe's North American offices were closed last week.If you still need assistance with this issue, pleas private message me the Adobe ID/email address used to request the distribution license and I'll follow-up with the licensing team.
