Distribution License Not Recieved for Adobe FLash

Hi, can you look into why my Adobe License Distribution license has not been received yet - i have checked the SPAM folder for the registered account

    The licensing team resent the email on 31-Oct.  Please confirm if you did, or did not, receive the email.
