distribution license refused

hi, i also want to download flash player .msi package to push the update to our company's PCs.

And i used to download with my adobe account applied last year, it's OK until one or two months ago.

When i log on the distribution link, it said my account is expired, and ask to re-apply again. But after try to apply for three times, my colleague also try to apply the distribution license, all are refused.

Can you help to check it?
