Last week I applied to the Distribution list to recieve the up to date versions of Adobe Flash 32 PPAPI so I am able to deploy a msi version to multiple users. How long does the process take to complete in order to start building and deploying the application?

You should have received a reply by now.
The email comes from noreply@adobe.com and contains an encrypted PDF attachment. Often times, spam rules and/or perimeter email security scan blocks the email. Please check your spam folders for the email.
If you don't find the email quarantined in the spam/perimeter email scan folder, private message me the email address you used to request the distribution license and the date you submitted the request.
