Do all Browsers support Flash?

I'm upgrading my site and want to use the latest version of flash for videos rather than links to youtube on my website to increase speed. Before I do can anyone let me know if Flash works on all Browsers especially with video and what the pitfalls are? This is the site I want to use for Flash
