Do not appear in Firefox the option "activar siempre" (always activate) in firefox

Dear friends:

I can't activate automatically that option, may I know how I can do it? As you see, do not appear.

Thanks in advance

The option to always activate is being removed to prepare for when Flash Player is switched off, soon.
