I suspect you're referring to Google Chrome, however, a little more information would enable us to better assist you:

    • Operating system version
    • Web browser and version
    • Flash Player version
    • Explain your problem in step-by-step detail if possible
    • A direct link to a web page that demonstrates the problem
    • If you get error messages, please provide a screenshot

Google removed the 'enable' link.  The tech note needs to be updated.

Again, please provide the previously requested information:

    • operating system, including version
    • browser, including version

When attempting to get help on a public forum, it's always helpful to provide the requested information which will aid in helping resolve the issue.

    Try the following:

Launch Chrome and navigate to chrome://settings/content

    1. Look for for the Flash entry
    2. Either
      1. select Allow sites to run Flash which should enable Flash on all sites
      2. or select Manage exceptions... and manage Flash on a per-site basis
    3. Relaunch Chrome
    4. Does Flash content display?

    If the above doesn't work, try the following;

    1. Launch Chrome and navigate to chrome://flags
    2. Search for Prefer HTML over Flash
    3. Select Enabled
    4. Relaunch Chrome
    5. Does Flash content display?
