Download a COMPLETE Flashplayer installer

When i download Flashplayer installer, i only download a small program (.exe file).

That program download & install Flashplayer in my computer.

-Isn't there any possibility to download a complete Flashplayer installer?

-A program which i run in my computer and install Flashplayer, a program i can save on a USB-memory, copy to an other computer & install Flashplayer without be connected to the internet.

If there is such program: -Where do i find it?

Can i find the big installer in my computer? If i can: -where do i find it? -what's it's name? -which folder?

I run Win XP SP3.
