download adobe flash player

I can't download adobe flash player in firefox 16.0.1.

Initially I can't download Acrobat reader 9.5 also in the same firefox, It always stop at 99 %. But after I un check "Block pop up window" in the Tools/internet option/content. I manage to downloan the whole file.  But I still can't download adobe flash player. anybody can help?

What is your operating system & version?

What exactly means "can't"?

Regarding Adobe Reader; download it from http://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/
