Hi, i am trying to Download Adobe flash player, I keep getting plug ins blocked?

I have windows 10

    The 'plug-in blocked' browser notification generally means Flash Player is already installed, but something is blocking the browser from prompting you to Allow Flash.

    Note that both Google and Microsoft embed Flash Player in their respective browsers (Chrome and IE/Edge, respectively).  While they do embed Flash in the browser, it is blocked by default.  If the browser determines the content requires Flash, the browser will prompt the user to Allow Flash.
