Download Adobe Flash player

The 'plug-in blocked' browser notification generally means Flash Player is already installed, but something is blocking the browser from prompting you to Allow Flash.

See https://get.adobe.com/flash-player.html for links to instructions to enable Flash in the various browsers.

Note that both Google and Microsoft embed Flash Player in their respective browsers (Chrome and IE/Edge, respectively).  While they do embed Flash in the browser, it is blocked by default.  If the browser determines the content requires Flash, the browser will prompt the user to Allow Flash.

If the support links don't resolve your issue, provide the following information:

• Browser, including version you are using
• Direct link to content that is not working
