Download Adobe Flash Player for Windows 10 PC

Hello all,

I do know that Adobe Flash player is discontinued and that it is not safe to have on my pc. However, I have a windows 10 pc that I keep offline and need Adobe Flash player on it to run one of my older softwares. I would appreciate any help that is possible. Thanks in advance.
