How can I download FLASH PLAYER for WINDOWS 10

    Trying to test my webcam, keep getting a message that I need to download flashplayer don't understand how to successful do so. It is for video visitation to a Correctional Facility they have no visitation but are offered video visitation. Very up setting when you pay and set up time slot and then the video won't work I thought since my webcam is built into this Dell desktop it would be simple can anyone advise. I would appreciate your help.

    Hi, I hope we can help you solve this. The first thing we need to know is what "web browser" you are using. This is the app which you used to visit the forum or other web sites. Typical answers are

    - Microsoft Edge

    - Google Chrome

    - Firefox

    - Microsoft Internet Explorer

    If you never changed anything or added any apps, it's probably Microsoft Edge.
