Every time i try to install, it stops at 5% and it gives me a communication error. There is nothing wrong with my internet connection. I am never able to finish the install.

For which browser are you attempting to install Flash Player for? What is the name of the file you are using to install Flash Player?

I'll need to obtain the installation log file(s) to troubleshoot further. If it fails during the download step (the installer UI has 'Downloading...')please provide the Adobe_ADM.log and Adobe_GDE.log files saved at C:\Users\<YourUserID>\AppData\Local\Temp\Adobe_ADMLogs. If it fails during the actual installation step (installer UI has 'installing...') provide the following files, in addition to the Adobe_ADM.log and Adobe_GDE.log files:

FlashInstall .log file(s) saved at C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash
if this is a 64-bit OS, the FlashInstall .log file(s) saved at C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash is also required.
