Download link for flash player activex for offline installations?

Trying to find a download link for this file (install_flash_player_10_active_x.exe) so i can do offline installs. i already have this link http://fpdownload.adobe.com/get/flashplayer/current/install_flash_player_ax.exe for the standard but i need the one for the activex. Thanks.
