Download Timeout even though I had "Enable" Scritping...how?

I wanted to download for the latest version of Flash Player, but it shown "Download timeout" when 47%, I knew that manual installation required to "Enable" scriptping for IE and Enable Java for Firefox, I had tried these 2, but still facing this timeout.... anyone can help me? I need this urgently...thank you!
