downloaded new Flash Player and can't open shutterfly videos now.

I downloaded new Adobe Flash Player today. Then went on Shutterfly.com which worked fine except then I couldn't view any of my videos I have stored on there. The screen said to wait while it loaded, but never did. The new version of Flash is blocking it somehow. How do I correct?
