Downloaded new version of Flash player and it won't work

Good Morning,

I was having trouble using Flash player on some FB games, so today I uninstalled Flash, reinstalled Flash (Version 29.0.0.140) and it still won't work.  I closed out of my browser when installing, rebooted my Mac (iOS 10.13.4, High Sierra), tried again by uninstalling and reinstalling Flash, and nothing works.  I've cleared the browsing history and cache.

I just tried accessing one of the games by going in externally from FB.  The screen came up and asked if I wanted to enable Flash, I clicked on yes, but nothing works.  (Blackjack Tournament - WBT on Facebook | Facebook).

I'm using Safari (Version 11.1 (13605.1.33.1.2)).

Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated!
