Downloading Adobe

I am currently trying to download the Adobe FlashPlayer and I am unable to get it downloaded to my desk top computer.  I spoke with your support team and they were unable to trouble shoot the problem, therefore I here in need of further help. If you could help assist as soon as possible that would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you so much for your support. I personally really love your community. I was facing some issues regarding adobe photoshop before a couple of months ago. You helped me a lot to solve my query ASAP. Now, I am landing here to pay you special thanks for your support.
