Downloading and installing AdobeFlashPlayer

My BBCiPlayer and All4 have recently stopped working with a message stating 'flash out-of-date'. Due to this, I have downloaded and installed AdobeFlahPlayer (update) however I still can't watch my programmes on my laptop...

Any help would be great!

Hi Tamzinforrest,

The best option to update all Flash Player versions on the system is to opt into background Updates.  When installing Flash Player select the 'Allow Adobe to install updates (recommended)' option.  After Flash Player is installed go to Control Panel\All Control Panel Items > Flash Player > Updates tab > select 'Allow Adobe to install updates (recommended) option.
