Downloading Flash 10.2

Question

Trying to upload an Indesign PDF to review on CREATESPACE.COM and it is saying i need adobe 10.2 flash player. When I follow the link provided and install, nothing happens. I tried restarting computer but still have some problem when coming to this website! HELP!
