Downloading Flash Player

My computer keeps deleting the program after it downloads.

Is this after you run the installer?  If so, this is expected behaviour when using the online shim installer.

Unless the installation returned an error Flash Player was most likely installed successfully and you just need to enable it in the browser, as most browser's disable Flash by default.  See the following for information on enabling Flash in the browser:
