Each user is prompted for serial number even though the product has been serialized

we are using Flash MX 2004 with windows XP, we found that "Each user is prompted for serial number even though the product has been serialized" as the topic in the "Service Note", i've tried to install the software that the flash suggested just like the link below said, but it's not work.

is that any other suggestion that can solve the problem???

    Since this seems to be a Flash issue, try asking in the Flash forum (this is the Flash Player forum).
