Edge always prompts to activate Flash

Hi. I have installed Flash player On Win 10 running Edge.

I have aktivated the Flash player in the advanced settings, but still being asked to aktivate the flash player every time on different sites. The choice then is "aktivate once". I have to keep doing this. Why?

    Flash Player reaches it's end of life in 2020.  As part of that effort, all of the major US browsers are making it increasingly difficult for users to use Flash-based content.  The goal is to encourage you as the end-user to complain to the content provider about the bad experience, and encourage them to move to an HTML5/JavaScript solution.
