Hi roryb492278,

I need to get some log files from you to troubleshoot further.  Please read through the FAQ Where do I find the Flash Player installation log on the Macintosh? and provide all of the log files listed in the FAQ (install.log, FlashPlayerInstallManager.log, Adobe_ADM.log and Adobe_GDE.log).  For the Adobe_ADM.log please follow the instructions to enable verbose logging, run the installer again and then provide the log file with verbose logging enabled.

Thank you.

my var/log is empty. there is nothing there to give you. it gets to 60% then quits. says it can't install. which makes me believe you guys haven't come out with a compatible version to the newest OS for macs. i keep removing any trace of adobe and when i check to see what version i have, it tells me i have the 19.0.0 versions even though I've deleted everything resembling adobe on my hard drive. not sure how thats possible. so yeah if you could fix this, it be great as I'm getting really pissed off, i can't view a lot of websites because of this dumb shit.

Hi roryb492278,

Flash Player is compatible with OS X 10.11.

/var/log shouldn't be empty.  It's where OS X writes many log files to.

Only one file requested, install.log, is in /var/log.  The other files are in the following locations:

~/Library/Logs/FlashPlayerInstallManager.log

~/Library/Logs/Adobe_ADMLogs

Please provide these other log files.

Thank you.
