electron app with Flash Player after EOL

Hi, our company have product that uses flash player as an old solution.

We are moving it to the new solution, but it seems that we will not finish it until flash EOL.
As a meanwhile solution we created electron [link removed] application that contains some flash player version. I have two questions:

1. Will it work after Flash EOL?
2. If it can work should we have licences for distrubution (the electron application will be installed on customers side)?
