embedded adobe flash player doesn't work after microsoft update 11-9-16 only open books with acsm file no longer epub for pdf

Firstly, no need to use all caps, which is the equivalent of shouting.  Secondly,  Flash player isn't used to open acsm, epub or PDF files.  We'll need more (detailed) information to assist.  Please provide the following:

• Operating system version
• Web browser and version
• Flash Player version
• Provide, exact step-by-step instructions to reproduce the problem.
  • What software are you using to download the books
• If you get error messages, please quote them exactly, or provide a screenshot
