enable screen shot

would like to share a document of my advanced settings but not sure how. when I look at the advanced settings is shows my Adobe Flash player as on but when I go to check the version the screen there shows it as being disabled.

    What OS and browser are you using? To check if Flash Player is enabled you can go to Adobe - Flash Player page in your browser.
