What browser are you using?

If you are facing issue with Safari refer to Enable Adobe Flash Player for Safari and Remove restrictions on Flash content playing in Safari . For Google Chrome, refer to Use or fix Flash audio & video - Computer - Google Chrome Help​ . For any other browser, please give following details:
