End of life for Flash questions

We have our third party web applications which we access on chrome and it requires flash. Since we heard of end of life for flash post 2020, so it is understandable that if we upgrade our browser to latet version then flash won't be present in chrome or on edge. But if we have older version of browsers whicha has flash, then is Adobe going to lock them or disable somehow so that flash is not usable.
