EOL Flash Player - what about a STAND ALONE distribution license?

Hello,

As a developer for commercial educational tools I use the ActiveX Flash Player for desktop PC's on a local network.

Because the player only accesses local files, customers don't have to worry about security.

Isn't it possible to get a (special) distribution version/license of the Flash Player only for local use after 2020?

Otherwise years of hard work and a lot of money are gone in smoke!

Regards,

HJM.

I would encourage you to reach out to Adobe's business development team to discuss possible licensing options.  You may also want to consider more mainstream paths, like Adobe AIR with Captive Runtime, for Flash-based application distribution.
