I thought I had purchased a plan and installed Adobe Flash.   I tried going into a Realestate application  Matrix  to get Realestate Tax info that requires adobe flash.   I can not open it.

In addition to the previously requested information, what do you mean by "I thought I had purchased a plan and installed Adobe Flash"?  Flash Player is free.  There is nothing to purchase.
