Error download Flashplayer installation file

I have signed up for Adobe Distribution Flash Player download license and have  received an email with download link.

But when I try to download the file I get the error 404.

Can you please check.

    Are you downloading the files from the link mentioned in the pdf attached in the email you received from noreply@adobe.com. If not, please use the same and let us know if you are seeing any issues.

    Hi,

    I don't find any working link for download in the attached document "DEU-DistributionAgreement.pdf".

    When I try to download the file from Weiterverteilung von Adobe Flash Player | Adobe I get the error 404.
