Error downloading Flash Player

Hi,

Based on the log file information, your issue appears to be different from the OP on the topic you posted to, as such I branched it to a new topic.

For some reason, the online installer is failing to download the Flash Player installer, which is causing the failure.  I'll need to forward the log files to the online installer team for further investigation.  In the mean time, please try the offline installer posted at the bottom of the Installation problems | Flash Player | Mac page in the 'Still having problems' section.
