Hi,

I have a problem with the installation of adobe flash player activeX. I have windows 7 professional 32bit and internet explorer 8.0.7601.17514. When I try to install flash I get this error: impossible to record the activex control for flash player. How can I fix this problem?

Thanks.

Thank you for posting the screenshot and log files.  The error is due to a permissions issue on a file that is preventing the file from being replaced and the version you're attempting to install from registering.  See How do I fix Windows permission problems with Flash Player?  for more information.  This Microsoft blog post may also be of assassinate https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/astebner/2006/09/04/solving-setup-errors-by-using-the-subinacl-tool-to-repair-file-and-…
