Error : FlashPro Fatal Exception

Hello, we are secondary school, this morning we open flash professional CS6 than pop up following message

FlashPro encountered a fatal exception. FlashPro will now terminate.

Please report this exception by entering a bug with the log file.

This file will help us in tracking down the source of the error.

May i ask what can i do please?
