Hi,

the flash update is not working, I uninstalled the old version, but always the same error

Thank you for the screenshot. I'll need to get the installer log files from you to troubleshoot the error. Please review the FAQ Where do I find the Flash Player installation log on the Macintosh? and provide all four (Adobe_ADM.log, Adobe_GDE.log, install.log, and FlashPlayerInstallManager.log) files. Please review the FAQ before doing anything and configure your system to obtain the log files from the same installation attempt. After obtaining the logs for the same installation attempt, upload the files to cloud.acrobat.com/send using the instructions at How to share a document Post the link to the uploaded files in your reply.
