Error message

Since some days ago, everytime I open a webpage an error message appears in a dialog box: 

Everything works fine on my PC, I can watch videos, play games, etc.  but it's annoying to receive this message everytime.

I have Windows 7, my browser is Mozilla Firefox, I updated the plugin to the latest version, and also confirmed on Adobe's site that the plugin is working fine.

Would be very greatful if someone could help me please.

    I'm sorry you're running into these problems.  We'd like to get some additional data from you if possible.  Could you copy/paste the contents from these three pages when browsed to from Firefox?

    about:support

    about:plugins

    about:crashes

    Until we can sort this particular issue out, I'd recommend you revert back to our 11.7 release.  Please note you'll need to disable auto updates until this is resolved.

    Where can I find direct downloads of Flash Player 11.7 for Windows or Macintosh?

    Dear Chris, many thanks for your reply. I don´t quite understand what you asked me to do. Do you want me to copy and paste the 3 items above and send them to you? Sorry but my mother language is Spanish and sometimes my English ist not  so good.

    Regarding version 11.9, because of my problem I updated to this version.
