Also: Da der Adobe Flash Player eingestellt wird - was benutze ich dann stattdessen???

Flash Player is dead. There is no replacement. Flash content developers had 3 years to prepare new content with other technologies. If they haven't done so by now, it's unlikely that they ever will. After Dec 31st, Flash sites & games will be obsolete.
