Even though i followed all steps to prevent shockwave plug in from not working it still doesn't work on farmtown or any of my escapefan gameswhat can i do its out of control

Shockwave plug in crashes no matter what i have done that they say to do . Farmtown it says plug in will not load same on my escapefan games everything i try to open takes forever or crashes.What can I do to stop this issue?
