Everything thing was fine until everything went wrong

Everything on my computer was working fine. I was able to watch all videos and look at my digital magazines on zinio. But now when I try to video my magazines on zinio, it says that I have to have atleast flash player 9. The thing is that I have been having flash player 10 since it came up and was viewing the magazines using flash player 10.

Now I go look at a video on youtube and instead of the video playing, it says, "Hello, you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Adobe's Flash Player. Get the latest Flash player. "

My Javascript its enables and I have the newest version of flash player.

I also have reinstalled adobe flash player and fixed the permission problem on flash player but nothing has worked yet.

Any help would be appreciated.
