everytime i click a link a countdown appears followed by an adobe pop up saying my flash player needs to be updated -__-

Its really annoying! its already installed and updated and my internet security is saying my computers clean after all the scans. Im running out of options. help?

Hi,

That doesn't appear to be an Adobe Flash Player warning as the update notification dialog isn't triggered by clicking a link.  What operating system is this on?  Can you please post a screenshot (see How to post a screenshot in the forum) of the pop-up window?
