Exporting with flash player

I created an animation segment with Flasy Player but cannot export to .mov format. It keeps failing. Either an image (one or more) is lost or a trace of an image remains onscreen. Everytime I try to export it's a different place so I believe it is an error.  I changed the setting to "animation" and "h.264." I also chose the best quality for compressor. And also tried choosing ALL in the key frames. Nothing works. Please help.
