F.P. strange behavior

Windows 7 64-bit; AMD E-240 Processor 1.5GHz; 3GB RAM; AMD Radeon HD 6310 Graphics. 

The video will start to play and buffer normally.  Then about 10 or 15 minutes in, the progress/buffer bar will fill in completely and the video stop, never to resume. I hope I'm explaining this properly.  The only way to get it to play is to reload the video - sometimes it will buffer normally and the stream will play fine.  Other times, it will start to play, you can see on the "minute" bar that its buffering, then it will zip to the end and stop the stream.

What's causing this?

    My (pretty much new) Mac Mini was doing this over the weekend.

    I had to "cycle" my modem. After that, things went back to normal on YouTube.

    Thanks for your reply Mike.  I've power cycled the modem, router, laptop, etc to no avail.
