Facing Error #2046 while loading flex application? Need resolution

Is this issue because of the wrong compilation or individual cleint Global flash settings? if so kindly send the resolution for this. (Application developed in Flex 4)

    Error 2046 is "The loaded file did not have a valid signature."  This could be due to outdated files.  I'd suggest doing a clean install of the latest Flash Player if possible.

    How do I do a clean install of Flash Player?
