Failed to update flash player on windows 10

Question

This is the first time i got this error, i try to install the new update of flash player on my windows 10. But i got error.

the update version of flash player that i try to install was...

the browser that i use was....

and the windows that i use....

i hope i can get the fast answer so i can update my flash player.....

Hi,I'll need to get the installation log files from you to troubleshoot the error. The two files, Adobe_ADM.log and Adobe_GDE.log, are saved at C:\Users\<UserID>\AppData\Local\Temp\Adobe_ADMLogs. Upload the files to cloud.acrobat.com/send using the instructions at How to share a document and post the link to the uploaded files in your reply. As an alternative, you can try using the offline installer posted at the bottom of the Installation problems | Flash Player | Windows 7 and earlierpage in the 'Still having problems' section, however, please do provide the installation log files so we can troubleshoot why the initialization error is occurring.Thank you.--Maria
