  Dear,

I tried to download a video show from the link below but it was unsuccessful.

I had already updated my Adobe Flash Player via the Adobe website but still, the result was disappointing. My explorer is Mozilla Firefox. When I was using my office computer, there was no problem in downloading today.

May I have your guidance and advice? What settings should I adjust under global settings? Mine is Windows 10.

(NPAPI plug-in version - 22.0.0.192; PPAPI plug-in version - not installed)

  Thank you.

When download cannot be done for the link that I mentioned, there is no way of watching a show. I also wonder is there a need to install & activate PPAPI since my browser is Mozilla Firefox.

I remember upgrading to Win 10 before. But, when I double click "This PC", there is a display of Window8_OS(C:). Now, I don't know what is the actual version.  Do you know what is the way of checking the Window version in my laptop as well as where to find out the no of bits that you mentioned.

    Thank you for your guidance.

By download, do you mean "watch"?  Assuming you are using a 64-bit version of Windows 10, can you try downloading and using the 64-bit version of Firefox to see if that improves anything?

I had checked my Windows version and the no of bits from the following:

Right click the desktop area --> Display settings --> About.  It shows Windows 10 Home and 64 bits OS.

I had also clicked the link that you provided and chose English(US) under Win 10 (64 bits) for updating. However, the download of the video show (as stated) still failed after the updating.

Earlier on, I was surprised to find out that I was able to download & watch the above-mentioned video show when opening Microsoft Edge (the web browser in Win 10) and accessing the Chinese video links. It appears that it has something to do with the video settings in Firefox.
