False/Fake Flash Player Downloads

Hi,

I left my computer alone for about an hour during lunch today, and upon my arrive I noticed this was up on my screen...and took a screenshot (of course I did not install it)

Clearly this is NOT the flashplayer and some virus or something. Anyways I wasn't sure where else to post this. So hopefully someone at Adobe will see this.
