False message that " Flash plugin is disabled on your browser."

I'm unable to run an interactive sessions from any source - Webinars, online classes, etc. the following message appears in every application even though the Settings show that Flash Player is installed and enabled.

We are sorry, Flash plugin is disabled on your browser.
